Established in 2015, Optibods Nutrition Co was built around one belief — weight loss should work with your metabolism, not against it. I work with women across a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes, PCOS, hormonal and thyroid concerns, insulin resistance and post-gastric surgery support.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I assess your history, your patterns and how your body responds to food, then structure your nutrition accordingly. With ongoing coaching and adjustments, we focus on steady, sustainable fat loss that protects your metabolism and supports long-term health.
